A Fantastic Law of Attraction Exercise to Love Your Life Now
Today, we're going to do a Wheel of Life Exercise. This is a fantastic exercise to help you focus your attention on what you want to manifest - create in your life.
I’ve created a very simple printable version of the Wheel of Life if you want to use it

You can draw your own out if you want.
First, let me explain how I use the wheel of life on a monthly basis to help me decide what I want to focus my attention on and what I want to attract into my life.
I use the Wheel of Life alongside my goals and intentions notebook.
I start by asking - How do I feel about this area of my life?
Then I colour in that specific section based on my answer.
The middle of the circle is where this area of my life is very empty and needs a lot of attention.
The edge of the circle is where this area of my life is going great and I just need to maintain it and enjoy it.
This gives me a clear visual of the areas I need to pay more attention to.
This doesn’t mean that I neglect areas that are already full.
Okay, that’s a quick rundown of how I use this tool ongoing. I do it each month.

How to use the Wheel Of Life to improve your life now
The wheel of life is also a fantastic tool to use daily or weekly. I would recommend daily for the next week. This will really help you to focus your mind on what’s important to you.
Sit down with an empty Wheel of Life in front of you. Create your own or use my printout.
Take a deep breath in and slowly release. Shake out your arms and legs and roll your head (release any tension).
Now, take one section at a time.
EXAMPLE.
How do I feel about my business today? (this can be any work you do, paid or unpaid or study toward your career).
I feel happy and confident about my business today.
At this point, I would colour this section in about halfway.
What needs to happen today for this section to be full?
So, I’m happy with my business but it’s an ongoing work in progress and it needs my attention today.
Actions to take today - I will then list my business plan of action for the day and highlight the top priorities for the day.
Intentions for the day - these are the things I want the Universe to deliver to me today (using the law of attraction) - for example… I intend to receive multiple notifications of sales today from my various income streams. Alternatively, you can say… I expect to see… or I expect to receive…
Now repeat for each of the other sections.
Here’s another example
This time we’ll focus on family and friends.
How do I feel about my family and friends area of my life today?
I feel happy with this area of my life. It’s very fulfilling
At this point, I would colour this section in about halfway again. This is because I’ve already established this as a TOP PRIORITY area of my own life and I work on it daily.
What needs to happen today for this section to be full?
Today I will spend time with my mum, order my uncle a new raincoat, and check in with my son who lives away and my sisters. Also, message my friend to arrange our meal together. - Some days I would have much more and other days simply feeling grateful for them is enough.
It seems like it’s going to take a long time and it might be the first couple of times you do it but it generally only takes me a couple of minutes to do my daily wheel of life.
I don’t do mine every day but if I feel unsettled, overwhelmed, or like things are getting on top of me or I am just a bit out of sorts, this is my GO-TO exercise to refocus my mind.
Also, because I love my business, when I’ve got a big project I can get very ALL-IN with that one thing and forget about other things that are important in my business and life.
Lots of meals have been burnt because of this!!!
When I spot that happening, I will do this Wheel of Life Exercise and it helps me to calm down and see the big picture of the life I want. The way I want to live my life.
This has proved to be hugely beneficial and I get overall better life and business success.
