5 Things I Want To Share About The Law Of Attraction
My common sense approach to this powerfu law.
Oops, I’ve done it again. Trying to get ahead and schedule my newsletters. I apologize for bombarding you, this newsletter wasn’t meant to come out to you today. I’ve learned that there’s no point in unpublishing and scheduling for the correct day. So please accept this as a bonus newsletter. Enjoy.
1. What the law of attraction responds to

The things you say
The things you do
It’s your feelings that ultimately are most important but all of the other things create a feeling.
2. Keep your focus on what you want to manifest
Now, this isn’t quite as simple as it sounds. When you focus on what you want, that suggests that you don’t yet have it.
So actually, we need to focus on the things that we want as if we already have them or as if we are totally expecting them to show up.
For example, when you book a holiday, you will start to focus on the things you’ll enjoy doing, you might visualize the journey to your holiday, activities you expect to do whilst on the holiday etc.
Avoid: Focusing on what you don’t want and outcomes that you don’t want.
WORRY - When we worry, we focus on what we don’t want. Stop and ask yourself, if I don’t want this, what do I want?
3. Pay attention to what shows up
Whatever shows up is what you’re a vibrational match for.
I’m going to say something non-law of attractiony here because I don’t have all the answers. I do believe that in general we attract what we are a vibrational match for and that we should do all we can to improve the way we feel, etc so that we are a vibrational match for the good stuff in life.
However, I also believe that some things are unexplained and that sometimes bad things happen regardless of what we do and what we feel.
I believe that we have no control over those things. Therefore let’s not give our attention to them.
My point is that I want you to put your attention on the good stuff that shows up.
If something shows up that you don’t want or like, you can ask, hmm, how am I being a match for this? Be curious. What can I do to make a shift so that I change what I’m a match for?

4. The law of attraction doesn’t know what’s best for you
Now, I’m going to do something I don’t normally do and talk about God. I generally don’t like to talk about my religious beliefs because I want everyone with different beliefs to always feel welcome and included here.
I’m sharing this time to get my point across about what I believe to be true.
I believe that the law of attraction is a powerful helping hand. It can ONLY give you that which you are a vibrational match for. That’s it. It doesn’t care about you. It doesn’t know what’s best for you.
I believe that God, angels, spirit guides… do know what’s best for me. I will often ask for guidance and support in a way that is best for me.
Also, I will sometimes say “I turn this over to the Universe” When I do this, I have already stated what I want to manifest. I do this when I feel I have no control over a situation and I trust that the Universe has the power to sort it out so that I don’t need to keep putting my attention on it.
5. Be grateful for everything that shows up
This is a tricky one. There is a theory that we need to be happy for everything that shows up, wanted or not!
Now, on the surface, I don’t agree with this. I mean, I’m not going to feel grateful if something horrible happens to me.
However, through all of my law of attraction training, I also know this is good advice.
Let me explain.
Definitely focus on gratitude for all the wonderful things that show up in your life, all the little things in your day that you like… It’s so powerful. When you focus on gratitude you attract more to be grateful for. That all makes sense, right?
Why should we be grateful for things we don’t like or don’t want that show up in our lives? Because they give you clarity.
Clarity is the first step in the law of attraction process. Try making a game out of being grateful for things that you don’t want.
Example.
Something that you don’t want shows up in your life.
Oh, hello. I don’t want this! Thank you, Universe for giving me this opportunity to clarify what I want and explore what I’m a match for.
QUESTION: If I don’t want this, what do I want?
Get Clarity.
Now, think about those things that the law of attraction responds to and focus on being a match for what you do want.
