I have to tell you that I’m feeling very chilled today.
When I got up this morning, I was a little ‘Up in the air with my thoughts’ - Not grounded and focused.
I hate that feeling. I had so many things on my mental to-do list and lots of things I felt I should be doing.
What I did…
I went out for lunch with my sister and mum, and then Jack (my son) and I went over to mum’s to enjoy the sunshine.
The jobs will still get done. Maybe not today, but they will get done.
And I can write to you now from a much happier and relaxed place.
